Dr. Murthy, is an assistant Ppofessor in the Division of Hematology and Oncology at the Medical College of Wisconsin and a practicing hematologist/oncologist at Froedtert Hospital’s Clinical Cancer Center in Milwaukee. He specializes in treating hematologic malignancies, including acute and chronic leukemias, myelodysplastic syndromes, and myeloproliferative neoplasms.
Dr. Murthy earned his medical degree (MBBS) from Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University in Chennai, India. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and his fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Medical Oncology.
He provides advanced therapies such as CAR T-cell therapy and bispecific T-cell engager therapy, and he offers virtual visit options to increase access to care. Fluent in English, Tamil, and Hindi, Dr. Murthy is known for his empathetic approach and clear communication with diverse patient populations.
